Concept: The Business Model Canvas (BMC)
The Business Model Canvas is a visual framework for describing, discussing, designing, and reinventing business models. Rather than treating a business as a list of disconnected elements, it maps nine interdependent building blocks on a single page, showing how value is created, delivered, and captured.
Key Insight:
The power of the canvas lies not in listing the nine components but in visualizing the relationships between them.
